World Economic Outlook (WEO) presented that worldwide GDP growth is estimated at 3.2% for 2003 and 4.1% for 2004 in this industry.
Clearly there is and will be considerable international demand for highly skilled and qualified young people to manage the growth. In this regard, professional training and education in the field of hospitality and tourism is highly important. Because manpower is the core component of tourism sector and its quality and ability is vital for success of the sector. Whilst not the primary factor in tourism development, manpower is an essential element that determines only quality and ensures success.
